This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed through suwora.com are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, following receipt of your order confirmation. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order departs our fulfillment center.
2. Estimated Shipping Timelines
As SUWORA ships directly from specialized fulfillment hubs to offer free shipping on every order, estimated delivery windows are as follows:
- Canada / United States: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom / Australia: 7–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, extreme weather, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Canada, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined independently by local customs authorities and are not included in the SUWORA order total. SUWORA is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you automatically, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Multiple Items and Packages
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from separate locations and may arrive as multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
